Genie Love

Neurodivergent Coach

Genie holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership as well as degrees in Physical Therapy and teaching. She was a Special Education teacher for 20 years specializing in working with students who have ADHD and/or autism. Genie lights up coaching professionals and entrepreneurs who are learning they have ADHD and/or autism later in life. Through her collaborative coaching modalities, she helps adults from all walks of life become more productive, confident, and successful in their personal and professional goals. Her program combines evidence-based techniques with mindfulness and emotional intelligence to help her clients truly understand their brains and build a toolbox of techniques that work for them.

Billy Lahr

Intentional Living & Mindfulness Coach

Billy Lahr is an intentional living and mindfulness coach, certified personal trainer, former educator, and serial overthinker. Billy also hosts The Mindful Midlife Crisis, a podcast for people navigating the complexities and possibilities of life’s second half. Billy spent 21 years as an educator but became disenfranchised the last half due to budding mental health concerns and a lack of job satisfaction. In 2021, Billy left his job as dean of students in order to travel the world in search of more meaningful life experiences. Since then, he’s been a GPS for those seeking purpose by identifying strengths, curiosities, and crew, and then turning that purpose into a passion through consistency, discipline, and patience.


This course will provide you with practical skills

for managing distraction and impulsivity

by teaching you how to:

  • Channel your energy effectively
  • Optimize productivity
  • Foster a positive relationship with your thoughts and emotions

Billy and Genie will integrate the principles of mindfulness

with tailored approaches to address the challenges

posed by ADHD through:

  • Guided Meditation Practice
  • Cognitive Exercises
  • Interactive sessions that promote self-awareness and self-compassion

Through a blend of engaging content

and collaborative discussions,

we will explore topics such as:

  • Building sustained attention
  • Managing overwhelm
  • Cultivating healthy routines

How much is the course?

The total cost for this four-week course is $180.

How many total sessions are there?

Sessions run every Tuesday from October 3rd through October 24th for a total of four sessions.

What time and how long?

Sessions begin at 8:00 PM ET and go for 45-60 minutes.

What will each session look like?

We will start off each section with a brief check-in to see

what energy and emotions you're bringing into that day's session.


We'll follow that with the course material, including practical and applicable

tips and strategies that relate to living mindfully with ADHD.


We will also do a guided mindfulness practice so you can tune in to what's present as well as apply the tips and strategies we discussed at the beginning.


We will close out each session with an action plan for how to apply

the tips and strategies from the session into daily life.

What if I can't make it to a session or if my time zone doesn't line up with your time?

No problem! Each session will be recorded

and accessible via email and through the course host site.

I don't know anything about mindfulness or meditation...is this course right for me?

Absolutely! Our goal is to demystify what it means to "be mindful" because people really have no idea what that even means anymore because it's so overused.
